Territorial exclusivity may be granted to qualified partners, based on market potential, operational capacity and agreed development milestones. The scope of any territorial rights is defined during the partnership agreement stage.

What is the investment required?
Investment varies by format — from a Kiosk to a full Café or Master franchise. Following an introductory call and NDA, we share an indicative financial model and investment assumptions, including setup costs and key variables. Contact us to start the conversation.

Do I need prior F&B experience?
Experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage, but not a strict requirement. We look for partners with strong operational capability, local market knowledge, and a commitment to the Bakti standard.

What training and support does Bakti provide?
